I know it doesn't sound great but I promise you won't feel like you're drinking a glass of kale! It can be a little harsh so if you're new to veggie smoothies, sometimes spinach is a softer place to start. You might want to check out the spinach and berry smoothie.
- 1 good handful of kale
- 1 pear chopped up
- 1 kiwi chopped up
- a few frozen mango chunks *
- 1 cup of coconut water
Blend all the ingredients well and enjoy!
* These are available to buy frozen and just give the smoothie texture while making it nice and cold.
