While smoothies are really healthy when you make them yourself, we can end up eating too much fruit. That's why it's a good idea to start adding veg. Spinach is a really good place to start as it's quite mild in flavour. It's also low in calories but absolutely packed with nutrients.
- 1 good handful of spinach
- 1 chopped banana
- 1/4 cup frozen summer berries
- 1 cup of coconut water
Blend all the ingredients really well together and enjoy!
