Straighten Up UK video to remind you

Patients in our clinic are using the Straighten Up UK leaflet. It encourages you to incorporate some really easy exercises into your daily life, ideally making them a good habit. Your posture is important and by doing these exercises every day you can take care of your spine.

Whether you’ve just got over the worst of an episode of back pain, or your back is “as good as it usually gets”, I would encourage you to start this little exercise programme so that you can reduce your chances of another major episode of back pain.
