Chiropractic • Yoga • Akashic Records- How does THAT all fit?

My teacher recently said to me “the link is obvious to you but maybe not so for others”. I’m going to let you in on my journey…

Cells - Chiropractic

As a young chiropractor I would often do things I wasn’t taught or not do something I was taught and people would tell me that was my intuition. Well after having studied for 6 years I was convinced I wasn’t being helped or guided, it was all down to my hard work and biomechanics. This was my learning the physical anatomy. I wasn’t ready to trust what I couldn’t logically explain or experience with my 5 senses. I kept treating patients and as I became more experienced, I started to notice that patients came in with more acute episodes of pain when they were going through some kind of life event. I contemplate things deeply (Gate 20 - the gate of contemplation is prominent in my Human Design chart) and slowly I started to become curious about the emotional body in relation to the physical body. At this point I didn’t have any reference points to explain my hunches.

When the body, mind and spirit align, we live intentionally and on purpose.

Soul - Yoga

I have, and always have had, such a reverence for the human body. I started my yoga teacher training as a way to deepen my understanding of the physical practice of yoga and originally it was for my own benefit. It was only as I went through the training that I knew I had to share it with my patients. (2/4 in Human Design - deep healing solace seeker and community problem solver). At the same time as teaching my patients the physical aspect of yoga, I was deepening my own spiritual practice of yoga. I strongly resonated with yoga philosophy and subtle anatomy. I now had language from the ancient texts to explain the layers deep healing and the centres of our spiritual nervous system.

Source - Akashic Records

Then it all became too much. I have a lot of energy and can be very productive. I can push myself, even when I know I’m in functional burnout (sacral MG in Human Design). That's when I decided I needed space. I needed to simplify and create space in my life. I made many changes at work and home to craft the life of my dreams. “Space” is exactly what came into my life. Akasha, is the Sanskrit word for “space” or “spirit”. Sometimes the signs are very literal! Over the years I’ve taken, and continue to take, the journey from the physical, material, distracted, busy periphery inwards to that quiet middle space to remember my true essence. I felt the benefit of meditation for peace and calm but I wanted to actually communicate with Consciousness. To be able to ask questions and receive answers. So from that middle space, I began to connect to the space all around me and read the Akashic Records. Continually learning spiritual anatomy feels like the last piece of the puzzle and has brought all else into alignment.

When you are ready to bring your cells, Soul and Source into alignment, I have just the tools to help you and it would pleasure to walk with you on that path.
